The Notwist, Webster Hall
The Notwist were as good as I hoped they would be last night. They played most songs off the new album and many from ‘Neon Golden’. They jammed out pretty hard and had as many crazy sounds live as they do on their albums. They played two encores. After the first, I told Isabel that I was a little upset they didn’t play ‘Consequence’. Of course they came right out and played that! It was amazing. I definitely felt like I was lost in the music most of the show. The venue was also very cool. I’ve never been to Webster Hall. It was very intimate with good sound and decent air conditioning.
