Concert Review: Mother Mother at Pianos 8/31/09
Last night I went to see Mother Mother at Pianos with Isabel and Greg. The venue was tiny - about 100 people. Every person there was a huge fan. Everyone knew the songs and were singing and dancing. The band put on an amazing show. They played most of their songs - off the first album and the second.
After the show, I talked to a few of the band members. You could tell they were really excited that they had such passionate fans in NYC. Vancouver is pretty far so it was definitely cool. They said they were finishing up the tour and were going to go into the studio to record their new album. I can’t wait!
