Linsanity has taken over the globe to such a degree that, as of two days ago, “Jeremy Lin” became a more popular Google search term than Jesus himself. (This would probably horrify Lin, a devout Christian who tweeted “God is good!” after the Knicks beat Minnesota on Saturday.) In fact, Lin is currently a more popular search subject than Jesus and Canadian Jesus — Justin Bieber —combined. As for Kim Kardashian and Barack Obama, they are mere drops of water floating in an ocean of Lin, also known as an “Ocealin.”
Even more crazy, my wife just IM’ed me that.
